Though this guide is for Windows7, you may try it: How to Revert the Win7 1394ohci.sys to the Legacy Driver

See how it goes. Let us know.

So I tried to do that but could not find the driver in device manager. I removed the fire-wire device from my computer and will see how things go.

    Bugcode_usb_driver

Well, it crashed again but a different error. Instead of IRQL_Not_Less_or_Equal, I got BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER.

    Here is the dump files

Got another BSOD but it's not showing up in the dump file area.

Here is the dump file from C:\Windows: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1...XZEbTNhSDNpams

Edit: Forgot to add that I removed the USB driver and the reinstalled it.

That is a big memory dump, we will want the minidumps.

Follow it: BSOD Minidump - Configure to Create in Windows 10
Go to Option Two, "Small Memory Dump". Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Dont run any disc cleanup tool before you upload another zip.

So I've had a few crashes but only 2 were recorded in C:\Windows\minidump. Here is the file:

EDIT: Right after posting this I got another BSOD that was caused by usbohci.sys, how do I reinstall this?

There are two different BSODs this time.

Please boot into the BIOS and let us see two camera snaps of M.I.T. Current Status and M.I.T. Advanced Frequency Settings? Probably the dumps are giving wrong readings about memory timing.
    Code:
      Type Detail 4080h - Synchronous
      Speed 800MHz
      Manufacturer Kingston
      Serial Number
      Asset Tag Number
      Part Number KHX1600C10D3/

    Download and install VIA USB3 driver for Windows 10. GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket AM3+ - GA-970A-DS3P (rev. 1.0)

Make it sure that you are not applying the keyboard and Mouse or any hid device to a USB3 (blue) port. Use those in USB2 (black) ports.

Upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView :

    • Download and execute Driverview
    • View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
    • Edit > Select all
    • File > Save Selected Items
    • In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
    • Zip the .txt file and upload it.

So I did all that. Here is links to the pictures of my bios: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1...GFJZ2pVZmM3N1k https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1...TZDREV2d0hoSUE

I already had installed that driver so I removed and then reinstalled it.

    Driver are in the attachments.
