The dump didn't mention any driver, but the first parameter is ffffffffc0000005 which means a memory access violation has occured what is due to drivers.
Please update the drivers of your World of Warcraft MMO Gaming Mouse: Legendary Edition, it is the oldest driver on your system.
    Code:
    7/14/2011 11:06:02 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\MO4Driver.sys
Do you have a keyboard that you can use instead of Razer? Razer products, hardware & software, can be problematic sometimes. My suggestion with Razer would be to replace the hardware & remove the software for testing purpose.

If above suggestions don't help improve stability then we'll need to use driver verifier to catch them.

    Diagnostic Test

     DRIVER VERIFIER

    warning   Warning
Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
    Please create a restore point.

Please follow this tutorial to run driver verifier.

Some windows drivers are blamed in a few crashes, but that usually means that a 3rd party driver is actually the cause.
Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

    Note   Note
Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.

I cannot replace either, and there hasn't been an update to that driver in a long time. I will run verifier when I can soon.

I"m only getting System_service_exception crashes now, and my computer isn't crashing from running driver verifier.

Please free up space in your D partition to at least 15% free space, Windows needs to have about 10-15% free space on each partition to not annoy the user about the background stuff that happens.

You have had quite some different crashes in the few days, though only 1 dumps is present in the uploaded zip file.
Driver verifier did cause crashes, but you don't see it because it isn't a 0xC4, 0xC9 or 0xE6

The 0x3B single dump was caused by driver verifier, but no drivers have been flagged. This is is an indication of something else and as the DirectX drivers are being blamed we may have to focus on the GPU.
Please try to reseat the GPU and/or seat the GPU into a different slot.

It seemed like changing the pci port helped for a little while, but I tried to run MSI afterburner and it gave me a black screen, then started giving me system_service_exception errors again.

I deleted the logs in question, because I wasn't running verifier when the crashes happened.

Is there an updated version of that tool for windows 10 forums?

Could you borrow or do you have a spare GPU to test with?

Old graphics card installed. Hopefully this will fix it. Although, sort of not hopefully, since my r9 just passed its return date on amazon.

If it doesn't then it looks like a slot of your motherboard is faulty, if you've seated the GPU in the same slot.
