Critical System Corruption on New Install of Windows 10

I just performed a clean install of Windows 10 after pulling a failing SSD running 7. I was concerned about possible infections on the data drive that was not replaced, so I began a MalwareBytes scan of the drive. During the scan, I installed a graphics driver and some low impact programs like Chrome. About two hours into the scan, it had found several infections - pup.optional.sweetim and the like, but nothing overly concerning.

Then, the computer BSOD'd - Critical System Corruption.

What should I be concerned about?

    Hi samwise210,

    Welcome to the 10forums :)

Please scan your system with below programs to better garantee no infection is present, infections can cause many problems including various crashes.

     Malware scan

Please run a full scan with your AV, scan your system with Adwcleaner, Kaspersky TTDSKiller, ESET Online Scanner and SuperAntiSpyware

Please post the logs of the scan results, preferred is to upload the log.
