    22bytes means empty zip. You need to re-run the DM Log Collector.

    It is a network caused BSOD, apparently.
    Code:
    BugCheck C2, {7, 126c, 402000d, ffffe000f0f157a0}

    fffff8031b7fe520: Unable to get MiVisibleState
    Probably caused by : NETIO.SYS ( NETIO!ProcessCallout+7a8 )

    Followup:     MachineOwner
    ---------
    A deeper search reveals that the Kaspersky Network Filtering Component is playing a role behind it.
    Code:
    ffffd000`26c8cfe8  fffff801`bfa40000Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\klwfp.sys, Win32 error 0n2
    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for klwfp.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for klwfp.sys
     klwfp
    Nothing strange or uncommon; we have seen Kaspersky contributing to BSODs many a times.

    In this situation you need to uninstall (not disable; disabling will not prevent this driver from loading) Kaspersky; at least on a test basis and activate Windows Defender.

    See how it goes. Let us know.
