Diagnostics test? It is a data collection tool

Update the drivers/software of Trendnet, the network driver is the cause of the crash.
    Code:
    3: kd> lmvm athw8x
    Browse full module list
    start end module name
    fffff801`58460000 fffff801`58880000 athw8x T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: athw8x.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\athw8x.sys
        Image name: athw8x.sys
Browse all global symbols functions data
        Timestamp: Mon Apr 27 04:56:12 2015 (553DA54C)
        CheckSum: 00411F51
        ImageSize: 00420000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
    Please disable driver verifier
    • Open an admin command prompt
    • Enter "verifier/reset" (without quotes)

Nice! I guess I'll just play the waiting game and see if it gets any more hiccups.

This one is going to be difficult, I believe a kernel dump would be at least required to find anything in it as a minidump that is usually used doesn't contain enough with this crash.

Please try below to see if it helps something.

    Diagnostics Test

     Clean boot

    Please try the following:
    • Open taskmanager
      • Go to the tab startup
      • disable everything

    • Search msconfig and open it
      • Go to the tab services
      • Check 'hide microsoft services'
      • Uncheck all other services
      • Click apply and click ok

    • Reboot if asked

See if the problem persist, if the problem does not persist enable in the startup tab in taskmanager 1 item and in the services tab in msconfig also 1 service, reboot and see if the problem persist. Keep doing this until you find the culprit or there is nothing left.
If the problem still persist, try booting in safe mode and see if the problem still persist

Disabled the start up processes, it resulted in a bsod 20 minutes later. I guess I do the MSconfig stuff. Apparently I have to disable each process one by one and see if it causes the BSOD? At least that's what I'm getting from the instructions. Thanks for all the help through out this, means a lot!

In taskmanager you have to disable everything manually one by one yes, disabling them all at the same time is impossible.
In msconfig you can disable them all in 2 clicks fortunately :)

Gotcha! I disabled the stuff on both MSconfig and Taskmanager. We'll see what happens.
