Download the correct ISO (32 or 64 nit, not both) via Option One here: Windows 10 ISO Download - Windows 10 Forums.
Right click on the ISO and select Mount. When I do this I get the ISO mounted on N:, you will get a different drive letter.
Run the command pointing to the install.esd on the mounted ISO, for instance, H:
