BSOD Windows Stuck in Device Driver

    Hi All,

I've been searching in the internet for almost a week now to fix my BSOD - "Thread Stuck in Device Driver". I have already reinstalled my Windows 10, 2 times now but still encountering the same error. Tried also to reinstall the AMD graphics driver by using 'Display Driver Uninstaller' then reinstalling it, but still the same. Also tried to run "sfc /scannow" but windows didn't find anything.

This only happens when playing Dota 2, while waiting for the game to start. I'm browsing/watching youtube using Chrome.

I have attached the minidump for the BSOD. I hope someone could help me.

    Attachment 76356

    Thank you very much!

    THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER_M (100000ea)
The device driver is spinning in an infinite loop, most likely waiting for
hardware to become idle. This usually indicates problem with the hardware
itself or with the device driver programming the hardware incorrectly

Are you using a program like AMD overdrive and MSI command center/ Msi Afterburner/ Supercharger etc., because i found these older drivers

Overclocking your graphic Card can cause problems/BSOD.
If you are overclocking stop overclocking and see if this stops the BSOD.
Also update these programs to windows 10 compatible or uninstall/remove them.

Hi lifetec, thank you for your reply.

yes I have almost all of those but Msi Afterburner. I dont overclock, i just use them for temperature monitoring.

I'll try to uninstall them I hope i don't encounter the problem anymore :)
