Thanks, updated.
I'll see how I go
Hmm look like the updated wifi drivers are causing me random disconnections so I uninstalled them
Recently I got another BSOD "irql_not_less_or_equal" =(
The crash dump does not flag any failing module. Please enable Driver Verifier for one more time?
I 've ran verifier for quite some time but there was no BSOD
I've also recently installed new ram that could be the problem ?
I ran memtest for 8+ passes but no errors
is it possible the ram is incompatible with the existing ram ?

I use the same RAM. Vengeance® — 8GB Dual Channel DDR3 Memory Kit (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9)
Perhaps you are using two different KITs of it?
If you suspect the RAM, do two things, one by one.
First, disable XMP, let the RAM run at its base SPD Speed, that is 1333 MHz. Asking for it, because the XMP is overclocking, and there remains chances that overclocking may fail.
Second, though it is same manufacturer, same batch number, same FSB etc; but a kit is a kit because the RAM sticks included in a kit are tested to work together. A different kit of the same RAM lacks it. So there may be problems that a memory test cannot catch.
If possible, if you can identify, remove either KIT and see how it goes with a single KIT of 4+4 GBs.
Try these, one by one. Let us know the resulting situation.
