Bsod irql not less or equal

I just recently upgraded my pc case yesterday on Saturday ever since there my pc has been randomly freezing (screen, mouse, keyboard) and you have to hit reset button to reboot. I tried to fix this problem by self browsing the the forums with no results (made mini dump files but couldn't get WinDBG to work right) so before i do more damage i decided to make a post before i perform a clean install of Win10 and hope that fixes my issue

I'd like to add that i also added a 3 SDD to the system when changing pc case

if there is anymore info or procedure needed to help resolve this issue please let me know

    Thank You in advance

Did you update the drivers to windows 10 versions from your supportpage http://www.gigabyte.com/products/pro...id=5292#driver
One of the dumpfiles mention amdppm and in the unloaded modules atdcm64a.sys , please update or reinstall your chipsetdrivers.

Also your Marvel Sata drivers are from april 2015, thus pre-windows 10 please update to the latest version.

In the unloaded modules magdrvamd64.sys is mentioned this is the driver for your Samsung SSD
Driver Description: Samsung SSD Magician software
    Driver Update Site: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/ow...t/MZ-5PA128/US

According to your system specs you have
Memory Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR3 1866
In the dumpfile the speed is only running at 667 mhz.
    [Memory Device (Type 17) - Length 34 - Handle 0030h]

Update, i found the update chipset driver for AMD here on this site and it gave me a validation error didnt let me update my chipset drive. Was looking up how to bypass window 10 driver management to install new chipset and my pc just died couldnt get it to boot just BSOD one after another different each time so i performed a clean windows 10 install and its still doing the same thing but this time i was able to make a log to

can this be caused by bad ram or faulty mobo ram sockets? im out of ideas
