    Windows 10 Pro / Windows 10 TP / Windows 8.1 Pro / Windows 7 Pro

    I don't mean windows updates, because an update doesn't have to be a hotfix.
    A hotfix is an update that fixes problems.
    An update improves performance and/or stability without fixing anything.
