    System Service Exception (netro.sys)

Hello. This problem only happened when I started streaming on Twitch TV. When I am playing CS:GO, my screen turns blue and an error appear: System Service Exception (netro.sys). I want to know what can I do to fix this. This error only happens when I am streaming, if I do anything else, it won't happen. Please, can someone help me? Thank you.
