Still having issues and never fully fleshed out what you would like to see for PCI Express. Options are "off", "moderate power savings", "maximum power savings". Right now it is set for "maximum power savings" for both on battery and plugged in. This laptop is primarily used plugged in.
Uhm well it's a section within the advanced options of Power Options and depending on what option you have selected your Network card might respond differently, that is all.

I\The computer goes to sleep in 30 seconds and I can't change it and my screen saver won't work anymore, it gets show an error when I go to my control panel. Don't like this windows 10, can anyone help?
Control Panel -> Power Options -> Change when the computer sleeps -> Put the computer to sleep
So I change from the default 2 hours to Never.
Save changes and after two hours of inactivity the puter goes to sleep, like a baby.
