If it doesn't help, we'll focus temporary on the hard drive and rule the hard drive completely out :)
It is also an option to include drivers, I saw pool corruption somewhere in the dumps but driver verifier would be required to catch the cause of that corruption.

Pool corruption is memory corruption in kernel mode, this corrupion may already be present before the crash occurs which is why driver verifier would be required.
Okay, so I removed the slot 1 1600 and put the two 1333 side by side, slot 1 and 2 now to test the hard drive, what do I do? If I google driver verifier is that what I need?

You mean side by side as in the sticks in slot 1 and 2 and not slot 1 and 3 or 2 and 4?

A picture's worth a thousand words.. I never really knew if they were supposed to be directly next to each other or matching colored slots, I guess you guys will let me know. Apparently the picture is too big, but they're literally in the slots next to each other, not same color, if that matters? According to CPUID in SPD they're in slots 1 and 2. Also, I opened command prompt as admin, ran verifier, clicked verify all drivers, and like 3 minutes later BSOD'd again with PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (NTFS.sys), should I upload that dmp file? I then upon reboot typed verifier / reset 9i googled the driver verifier and microsofts page showed me)

The sticks should be in the same color slots, when that is done test your system without driver verifier and let us know how it goes :)

When you say test my system, do you mean, just continue my daily things, or run memtest86? Either way I get the feeling it'll have a BSOD again, but either way you guys are doing your best to help so I'm very appreciative.

Alright, if it bluescreens again, I'll let you guys know, but question, what do you think causes that last BSOD I got like ten fifteen minutes ago? The PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (NTFS.sys)? So, I have to reinstall windows ten, and the crashes wiped out my restore folder, SO i downloaded the mediacreation tool and am reinstalling that way from my USB drive, now It's not going to be pro 64 because they lowered the options so I guess just windows to home 64 but oh well not to big a difference I guess. when everything's done and updated, I'll run the dm log and see if it works, and if the BSOD's are still going on or not.

So bad news, reinstalling windows 10, but getting bsods during reinstall first was IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Second was DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR EQUAL in usbstor.sys (I'm installing from a USB drive... I don't know if it matters. I'm starting to think my hard drive is failing what else would cause these issues? I fully formatted the hard drive since it wouldn't let me reinstall the os otherwise, now I just hope it will fully reinstall and work without BSOD, And if I can get it to launch that'll be friggin amazing.

USB drivers have nothing to do with the hard drive.
What else causes it can't be said without dump, again.
