    BSOD on no-frills build

    Hi guys,

I built a very basic PC for my parents, and it's been crashing infrequently, maybe once every other day. Memory dumps attached. Thanks for your help!

    System specs:

    Intel Pentium G3220 3.0 GHz
Gigabyte LGA 1150 Intel B85 mobo
    Crucial Ballistix 4GB RAM
    Seagate 1TB HD

Unfortunately the attached zip file missing every file but the dumps.
Besides of the missing files I suggest to update following driver.
    Driver Reference Table - UsbFltr.sys
    Code:
    UsbFltr Mon Apr 09 12:09:44 2007 (461a10e8) UsbFltr.sys

Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions here, so I'm not sure why files are missing. I'll update that driver!

Aha, I think this .zip will have all the required information. Sorry about that!

I'm having a hard time locating an up-to-date usbfltr.sys. Based on a description of what the driver actually does, I don't think I actually need it, so I might like to uninstall it. The problem is that I can't seem to locate anything that uses usbfltr.sys in Device Manager. Any tips on how to update or uninstall?

    Thanks again!

USB filter driver, sounds like a part of chipset drivers
Check Gigabyte for driver updates in that case
    GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1150 - GA-B85M-D3H (rev. 1.0/1.1)
