OK, and in the commands you posted, just curious, what's the difference between wim and esd?

I see, I typed innow I'm just waiting for the results.Code:Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:esd:C:\Users\Derek\Desktop\Win10_1511_English_x64.iso:\sources\install.esd:1 /limitaccess.
That probably won't work, because you need to extract the .iso.
Did you do it the same way on the USB?
Well after downloading I just copied it to the usb. Can I just extract it to my desktop and use that for the source? or do I need to use the usb? Actually I just extracted it to the usb.
Copying the ISO doesn't work and is the reason why it didn't work on your USB.
You need to extract it on your USB and try IMAGE HEALTH again.
Ahh ok, sorry, I'm not really used to using iso files and what not. But do you know why whenever I try changing the name of the old usb it shows up in all caps, regardless of what I type in the properties name field?
It's been almost an hour now and it's still said 20% for deployment image servicing and management tool. Dism is restoring the online image health using the mounted source media.
