    Bsod on several .sys files

    Hello,
I`ve got several bsods on several .sys files. Tried to reinstall AMD video drivers, run sfc /scannnow and cleanup registry, run memtest (no issues found)... Nothing helped Latest bsods were caused by: fileinfo.sys, atikmdag.sys, ntoskrnl.exe. Dumps attached.

You are mixing up the RAM, which may sufficiently cause many multiple different BSODs. (But it may not be the single cause).
There are two 2GB RAMs and one 4GB RAM.

It should be eliminated at the first place. Remove both the 2GB RAM sticks. Run the computer with the 4 GB one only.
It is generally said to use RAM sticks that came in a KIT only.

    See how it goes.

Any further troubleshooting will be fruitful then.

Also, about the display driver, try Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta from Legacy
Follow this method to install the driver: AMD Graphics Drivers - Install Without Catalyst Install Manager

    Let us know the results.
