    Windows 10 Home 64 bit

    dxgkrnl.sys blue screen

So I opened a sound file in my video player and my laptop just blue screened :/ I uploaded the zip file if you need any more information please do ask. Also I just finished posting extra information and I think that I have multiple Nvidia drivers (can anyone tell me if I need to uninstall all of them or if its fine) it might be part of the problem.

    thanks for helping!

Programs that claim to update your drivers install either the wrong or corrupted drivers.
If you have installed any driver with Driver Booster 3, please remove them as it may cause trouble.

My advice is to install the drivers MSI provides. Laptop manufacturers usually alter their drivers what forces their users to use those drivers, this doesn't mean you can't install other drivers but other drivers won't work as proper as the drivers MSI provides.

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from MSI. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.
