BSOD while in Firefox, error code 0x00000109

Had a BSOD this morning, first one since I upgraded to Windows 10 many months ago.
My CPU has been running at 4,2 ghz ever since. I did try 4,4 ghz yesterday evening, but I reversed it almost immediately following a 2 minute torture test in Prime95.

Played some Counter-Strike Global Offensive, coded in Unity and used Firefox for YouTube and forums afterwards, no problems as per usual.

This morning I played some Counter-Strike once again. The game crashed three times, however an update was released last night and it may be the cause, not sure yet. After that I continued with some Unity and web browsing, and my computer crashed. Only Firefox was running when the crashed occur.

    Attached some files as instructed.

    Thanks in advance
