my current ram is the Corsair CMK16GX4M2A2400C14 and is not on the QVL.
the original ram my troubles started with is the Corsair CMK16GX4M4A2400C14 and it is on the QVL.

both are actually 2400MHz rams, I'm running them on SPD settings for troubleshooting as suggested by axe0.

IMHO this is the point where you need to concentrate, as it is a fact that i5 6600K does not provide a a native support for more than 2133 MHz.

Both the CMK16GX4M2A2400C14 and CMK16GX4M4A2400C14 are reported to be 2400 MHz. You will need a RIM like this one, Vengeance® LPX 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 2133MHz C13 Memory Kit - Black (CMK32GX4M4A2133C13)
at least, which is 2133 MHz at its own.
Can you manage it, at least as a test?
I am not saying that it is the final suggestion; but this information will lead us one step forward.

unfortunately, I already booght the ram I'm currently using assuming the old one was faulty.
I can't afford to buy a third set just to test and no one around that I know has a Skylake build.
although the rams are 2400MHz XMP2.0 rams they still should work error free on SPD settings.
they actually should also work error free on XMP as the difference is not that big.
I could maybe understand having issues at XMP settings but now I have the same issues even on SPD settings.
taht's just not right, every DDR4 should work on SPD settings.

Can you take the computer to a reapir shop and ask them to test with a DDR4 2133 MHz memory?
Actually there are not much more options open. It may be something else that is causing the issue, but if a minimum incompatibility is there, that should be removed at first.

I'm afraid there is no such shop around to serve me, very small town here and barely shops with latest tech parts. additionally the issue is very random, it can take from 1 day to a week until happens.
what a difference would a DDR4 2133MHz memory make compared to a 2400MHz one running on SPD?
same timings, same voltage - that what SPD is for or am I overlooking something?!

In general, any RAM can work with any board, if it is of matching specs. It should not cause any issue. We are concerning here, as you are getting continuous issues.
Your crashes are memory management BSODs, overall. It is a memory error. Either a driver or a memory hardware (RAM, DIMM slot, or memory controller) is causing it.
You are saying that two different sets of RAM already caused this issue? OK, perform a clean reinstall of windows. Keep it vanilla, dont add any driver or software other than the drivers installed by windows update. Keep it like this for at most a week. If it is a hardware caused BSOD, it will occur there, too.
So do it, see how it goes. Let us know the results.
