    BSOD: ntoskrnl.exe and more

    Hello,

I have windows 10 and run into several BSOD, I did not bother to do anything until now but it's starting to get extremely annoying because it happens 95% of the time during playing League of Legends. Here is a screenshot of the most recent dumpfiles:

Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

As you can see, most of them are related to ntoskrnl.exe but there are also a few others. I tried to update my drivers but I'm afraid some updates might have failed / I forgot some but I do not know which. Everything else has been running smoothly so far and I hope that my hardware is working, which should be the case since I built the pc 1month ago and did not encounter any problems.

The bsod appera most often right after I loaded 100% (when the game is about to start) or sometimes randomly during the game. When I run other OBS in the background it occurs more frequently, but this is just based on my feeling and I did not count the frequency. The BSOD tend to appear after having the computer running for 30 minutes and usually not in the first game but rather the 2nd or 3rd.

Thank you very much for your help and tell me if I can run another program / screen to help you guys out with information!

If sfc/scannow says "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them" after the second SFC, please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.

I changed it to small dump files now. Will this change be activated once the next crash occurs or shall I resend another file? I will update my ssd. What kind of hardware test do you mean?

Here are the results of the command prompt diagnostics. It was too big to directly attach, I uploaded it via google drive as you recommended. CBS.log - Google Drive

I will now proceed with the hdd check
