No drivers beneath Microsoft drivers?
Pst axe0:
3b is usually a graphic's driver (display adapter/video driver), other possibilities include
but are not limited to antivirus/antispyware/security programs and even memory (mapping).

Cheerio, Boris :)
Good afternoon,
In the tutorial, it is written that I should only check the non microsoft drivers.
I will update the drivers in case there are any updates.
I swapped out the ram modules and had no issues for a few days, but today it all came back and my computer even bsod in idle when I was just browsing through youtube. here are the logs. It is so frustrating I have no clue what to do, all I want is a smoothly running computer.
Driver verifier is now running again, I turned it off after 2 days which was also written in the tutorial, shall I just leave it on for 5 days because by then, a few bsods will surely happen.
edit> there was another weird non bsod related error message popping up today, it said> catalyst control center> host application has stopped working
edit2> I had this bsod since christmas 2014, and while googling, I noticed many people have bsod since exactly christmas 2015. Is there any update windows did back than and if yes how can I fix windows? Shall I download a new ISO on a stick and completely reinstall windows?
It crashed while driver verifier was running, where is the driver verifier log located?
Is it this one?
If a crash has occured due to driver verifier the same thing happens, a dump will be saved as the log of driver verifier.
However, when checking the dumps they don't seem to be caused by driver verifier.
There are some new WER's, about Cortana.
Please disable Cortana temporary and run another sfc /scannow to see if the result is the same as previous :)

Please try following:
- Open an admin command prompt
- Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
- When it finished reboot your system
- Open again an admin command prompt
- Enter sfc/scannow again
If sfc/scannow says "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them" after the second SFC, please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.
What driver version did you install for the graphics? It doesn't look updated at all
Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from AMD. Be sure to install as less as possible software using custom/advanced options.Code:Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\atikmpag.sys (8.14.1.6505, 669.52 KB (685,592 bytes), 12/16/2015)

It says>
Cortana isnt supported in the Region and language you have selected.
The on, off shuffle button is greyed out respectively turned off.
I downloaded the amd minimal setup which your friend linked, this is supposed to automatically update the drivers. Desktop
I also tried to download a new win 10 ISO files in case a new installation is required, but right when it hit 100% it said that some error occured and this version is not compatible with my pc. I assume this is because my system language is originally German, if I remember correctly, but I downloaded the USA one.. Ill try again with the German ISO
Will proceed with the other steps right now.
good news from sfc>
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
Do you need the log in this case?
Im afraid the download of DDU does not work properly. I downloaded the latest version15.7.5.4 and extracted it, but there is no application ready to run. I attached images.
edit> hold on a second I think it might work
Everything is fine and dandy, glad that it worked out after a shocking moment where my mouse wasnt working anymore but a restart and unplug fixed it. I assume that DDU cleared all the gpu drivers, now I need your help. Which driver do I need to download? Here is the official AMD webside, they do not provide specific drivers but rather setup utilities which are meant to automatically update. Which one shall I take? Do I need something else?Desktop
AMD provides the latest drivers only so far I've seen.
