Simply reinstall the drivers, programs and files are never affected when one installs drivers.
can I follow this method in Win 10 environment too? if not, is there a way to just reinstall all drivers without affecting programs and files?

You can check the details of the drivers (usually located at %systemroot%\system32) by right clicking the drivers > properties > details.
