My friend is on vacation and will be back next week, will let you know once I get a response.
As there is no new driver for my keyboard, I uninstalled the driver to exclude it for being the reason of my BSODs.
Please note the refreshed logfile attached. I will start testing now and let you know if my PC freezes.
As you may see, yesterday evening I had multiple crashed without dump files generated again....

A new zip isn't needed until another crash occurs.

Please change the system language to english, generate another zip and upload it please.
There hasn't been a bluescreen logged since last month and I'd like to know what happened.

I have changed the system language to English as requested.
Please review my first posting to fully understand that there is an one and only time where my windows generated a bluecreeen including DUMPs.
As you may see from the new logs my PC had multiple crashes today.
It currently takes around 30 minutes for my PC to crash as soon as I start gaming.
Windows is freezing, disorted sounds are given, no bluescreen is displayed, no dumps are generated - expect the one time, like I mentioned in the first posting.

Thanks a lot for your patience.

I understand the problem of missing dumps, but as explained I need english to read the files.

Giving your description I do not think this last one is a bluescreen crash but a freeze crash.

Please boot into your BIOS and search for the 3.3v, 5v and 12v values, what are they?

Does the crashes only occur when gaming?

The crashes occur only while gaming.
No crashes when using Furmark or Memtest.

    +3.3V = 3.296 V
    +5V = 5.040 V
    +12V = 12.096 V

Edit: I also checked with HWmonitor if there is a cooling issue while gaming - but the HW is not overheating...

    Diagnostics Test

     Clean boot

    Please try the following:
    • Open taskmanager
      • Go to the tab startup
      • disable everything

    • Search msconfig and open it
      • Go to the tab services
      • Check 'hide microsoft services'
      • Uncheck all other services
      • Click apply and click ok

    • Reboot if asked

See if the problem persist, if the problem does not persist enable in the startup tab in taskmanager 1 item and in the services tab in msconfig also 1 service, reboot and see if the problem persist. Keep doing this until you find the culprit or there is nothing left.
If the problem still persist then we'll diagnose it from there :)

I was testing the clean boot method for a while now. I did NOT had the freeze situation so far, but the game crashed two times returning to desktop - not sure if there is a relation?

A crashed game isn't exactly related to a system crash, because it doesn't create a dump file we analyse, it does create a dump in
    Code:
    %userprofile%\AppData\Local\CrashDumps
but I don't analyse app dumps as the data is different from a system dump.
