BSOD while connecting USB/HDMI devices - Windows 10 build 1903

    Hi to everyone!

BSODs started to appear after updating Windows 10 to the version 1903 on my Lenovo Y580. Previous Windows 10 versions were not affected.

Since the Windows Update day (2019-08-17) have occured:

    the 0x0000013a BSOD error > 5 times,

    the 0x0000000a BSOD error > 4 times,

    the 0x00000139 BSOD error > 1 time.

I updated the Intel HD Graphics 4000 driver to the newest available version (10.18.10.5069 -2018-12-27) as I've read outdated graphic card driver could be the culprit.

However the 0x0000000a BSOD error still occurs every couple of days.

    The minidumps:

Thanks in advance as I'm really ready to go back to Windows 8.1

I see there is no transcript-elevated.txt in the zip file you posted - are you getting an error (red text) in the second window? If so, could you please let me know what that error message is? A screenshot or copy-pasting it would be great.

When I run log-collector.lnk with elevated rights I get such an error:
    Attachment 248132

Running it with non-elevated (normal) rights gives no error in either window.
Tried several times but there's no transcript-elevated.txt file in zipped archive.

Right, it won't work properly if you launch it initially with administrator rights. I'm talking about the second (blue) window that launches after the UAC prompt - can you take a screenshot of any errors you get on that blue powershell window?

    As I said:

Running it with non-elevated (normal) rights gives no error in either window.
Tried several times but there's no transcript-elevated.txt file in zipped archive.

Sorry, there's a red error message during 'waiting for elevated script to finish' phase but it disappears too fast.

I'll try to record it as a video file.

The 11th BSOD has occurred (error code: 0x0000013a). It happened today about an hour ago during watching a YouTube video. I've put the minidump file (092219-8781-01.dmp) in the aforementioned google drive share:

MrPepka: I'll try your way but first I'd like to finish Spectrum's one.
