I didn't yet read that part where you said it.

Disconnect the PSU, press the power button to remove any remaining Electronic Static Discharge (ESD) inside the case.
When you go inside the case and touch something when there is ESD present, you may damage a component.
A little car shock you sometimes might feel divided by 10 is the max power a component can handle.
Open the case, discharge yourself too before going inside!
Search for the cmos battery, pull it up for a second and put it back.

    The cmos battery looks like
    Attachment 58266

Also when I get the bootmanager to come up it list the normal safe mode boot options but if I hit f8 its takes me to the advanced options menu. With these choices.

    Safe mode
    Safe mode with networking
    Safe mode with command prompt

    Enable boot logging
    Enable low resolution video
    Debugging mode
Disable automatic restart on system failure
    Disable driver signature enforcement
    Disable early launch anti-malware driver
    Start windows normally

Would I try to select something different. What would I select???

Please calm down a bit, it isn't an easy task to troubleshoot sometimes and in your case many possibilities won't work as you say.

That I understand of the problem, no possibility will improve anything.

Ok I know where that battery is I was wondering what that was now I know. Oh believe me I know oh to well about static discharge seeing how I fried my first mobo trying to push a loose cable in. I had to get new one, will NEVER make that mistake again. Im VERY SORRY if I sound flustered I sunk almost $2,000 in this build. I feel like I bit off more then I can chew here. Once again im sorry about that I am just trying to give u as much info as possible here is all. I will disconnect the cmos and let u know what happens.

According to your manual you can also reset your Bios to defaults this way:
    Resetting BIOS
You might need to restore the default BIOS setting to solve certain problems. There
are several ways to reset BIOS:

Go to BIOS and press F6 to load optimized defaults.

Short the Clear CMOS jumper on the motherboard.

Press the Clear CMOS button, on the rear I/O panel. (Only for the motherboard
    with clear CMOS button.)

    First try
    Safe mode with command prompt

Ok I tried safe mode with command prompt and it just goes to blue screen with the message your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart error 0xc0000021a
Each time it restarts i get a different error but these are all the ones I get.
    critical process died
    Error system pet misuses
    Bad configuration

I will try to remove the battery now. After I do that what should I do?

Try any troubleshooting option if you get the error again.

SYSTEM_PTE_MISUSE is caused by device drivers

    I think you mean bad_system_config_info?
