MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Well I've only tested 2 modules (though I used the non plus version since that was already on my usb recently), but the results seem interesting so far.

So I left 2 sticks doing overnight and that came back with just 1 error over 6 passes. Then I did them individually and they came back. With the fact that a while ago they came back with 10 passes or so clear each and I tested each slot individually, this is why I've struggled finding out what's wrong. Also apparently the errors aren't necessarily RAM errors, which I do wonder about considering that bad luck of having to send 1 set back twice already. I will note that I tested a single channel, but for some reason (possibly from another test previously) I had different sets in the same channel (they are the same make and everything, I just bought the same set twice).

Also I've had issues 2 times booting up after the test. First time My PC was resetting. 2nd time I heard windows boot up but could never see anything despite not touching anything graphics wise. These happened a couple of times until I went back in and made sure the sticks and gpu were secure, but the RAM did click in both times and the gpu couldn't have different. The first time I hit the power button after hitting esc to end the test, the 2nd time (and another time when there was no issues) I went into the bios and hit the power button for a quick shutdown. So let me know if that wasn't entirely safe or something.

I am aware that you quoted at least 8 passes, but I need your input on the results still, especially when previously they individually came clear. I aim to also test the 2nd set individually and together and potentially the 1st set again together.

Edit: Also just got another 3 BSODs over the past couple of hours. The 3rd happened after the reboot after the 2nd. After the last one my PC was doing the auto rebooting thing again until switching the psu off and on (I assume). File attached...

When you get the memory, it is adviced to test it for a minimum of 8 complete passes.
After the test is completed with no error and the frequency and voltage are proper you can assume the memory is fine :)
