Ok, reboot and run SFC again.
Try it up to 3 times (sfc, reboot, sfc) as that usually helps fixing the corruption, if it doesn't then try DISM
Please try following command in admin command prompt
    Code:
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
If there are problems with RestoreHealth, please follow step 6 or 7 (depending on the file you have from the download) from the tutorial DISM - Repair Windows 10 Image - Tutorial
After DISM is succesful, run sfc again, reboot and run sfc again, if the message is "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations" then visit Windows Update.

    Attachment 63225

Nothing seems to be working. It's having trouble finding the source file.

Alright it worked! Dism fixed the problem and I did a sfc check then rebooted and did it again. Didn't find any issues! Wonder why it was corrupted. Now hopefully this fixed those random blue screens.

I can't say if it fixed the bluescreens

Corruption could occur due to traces left behind by malware or updates from Windows Update (buggy updates)

    Keep me posted :)

Been over a week and I've received ZERO blue screens. I'm going to mark this as solved. Thanks for the help!
