Okay, good news. I got the CMOS battery in today. Bad news is that I took the old battery out and replaced it with the new one. I powered the desktop on and I still have the same exact problems! Any other options?

Okay. It may take me a little while to get the motherboard and replace it but I guess that's my final option. When replacing the board will I lose any of data or OS? I heard people mention that but want to confirm if it is true.

About the activation of Windows 10, you'll need to be at Windows Updates and Activation - Windows 10 Forums

About the rest of your data, they are on your hard drive, as long as your hard drive is fine your data is fine. It is however recommended to regularly backup your data :)
