    That's not quite the whole story. The several people had problems with intel graphics. Forcing the system to use the nVidia card fixed the issue.

    The fact of the matter is Adobe's software try's to use the GPU to accelerate processing. I support a number of PC's and Macs and on the PC side I've seen the issue with AMD, intel, and nVidia hardware. In most cases a driver update or roll back will correct the issue. However in some (Older dell latitude laptops that don't officially support Windows 10 but were upgraded anyway) I ended up having to disable Adobe programs from using the GPU (Edit / Preferences / Performance ... uncheck Use Graphics Processor)

    Finally! After trying several different options, I have solved this problem by these simple steps.
