Cannot install any cumulative update, other updates OK

    Hello!

My test computer (specs follow) is stuck at build 10586.11 I cannot install any cumulative upgrade, they all fail and Windows Update undoes any change to the system. In order to be able to install any other update I have to use the show/hide tool to hide the cumulative updates. I don't know what's wrong. My main computer (see my specs) and several of my friends have no problem upgrading up to 10586.36, but this particular one fails for some reason. I already tried to disable some devices in Device Manager and disable some services and startup applications, nothing worked. So I decided to start this thread and include a log taken by the forum tool in case someone can shed some light to the issue and tell me what to do.

    Thank you in advance.

Specs of my test computer that has the issue:

    Computer: Custom-build server system
Motherboard: Supermicro PDSG4 (Intel socket 775)
Chipset: Intel Glenwood 955X (supports up to Pentium D dual-core CPU socket 775, not newer models)
    CPU: Intel Pentium D 945 3.40GHz dual-core socket 775
    RAM: 4GB DDR2 667MHz (4x 1GB modules in dual channel mode)
    Graphics: XFX GeForce 7300GS
SATA Controller: Intel ICH7R with RAID support
SCSI Controllers: Adaptec 7901 Single channel Ultra 320 SCSI & Adaptec SCSI RAID 20105/Supermicro AOC-LPZCR supported
LAN: Intel 82573V PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller
Audio: Realtek AC'97 audio high quality 6-channel sound
OS: Windows 10 Pro TH2 build 10586.11 32-bit English US

PS: Before you ask, I have already hidden the Realtek AC'97 audio driver update which is known to cause BSOD, so this is not causing the issue.

    Hi spapakons,

Please remove every crack/bypass on your system in order to proceed.
    There are 2 main reasons,
    1.
Troubleshooting a system with counterfeit programs is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit program contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.
    2.
    Forum rules
    4) No piracy or discussion of piracy allowed at all. Such as software, music, videos and other intellectual property violations (e.g. downloading youtube videos locally etc).

Thanks for the reply, I'll do it and try again when I got some time... As I said this is just a test PC which I'll probably format some time soon. No meant to discuss anything illegal in this forum, I never mentioned anything suspicious... Sorry for the inconvenience I may have caused.

    It isn't a discussion :)
We just need to make sure no kind of crack is present on the system before we start troubleshooting, simply to make troubleshooting easier.

I removed something it might be interfering but no change, it proceeded to undo the update again. This was once Windows 7 upgraded to 8 and recently upgraded to 10. Something along the way is corrupt, probably a clean-install won't have any problems, but I have many applications and games it would take a week to reinstall, so I rather avoid a clean install. I tried to fix Registry and other issues with RegCure, no change. Malwarebytes Antimalware didn't find anything suspicious (just a few privacy warnings). Spybot the same, no change.

    Thank you anyway.

Until it all has been cleared up, no support may be given unfortunately.
So far I saw (really quick), it are just a few programs you need to remove.

To prove that it all has been cleared up, a new zip file from the dm log collector is required.

Could you please PM me which ones? Maybe if I get a spare hard disk start a clean install. But I don't want to do it in the main disk to be able to use the computer until the new installation is completed.

KMSpico is used for Windows and Office, Windows is legal but Office I can't say for sure.
In your hosts file bypasses of Adobe.

Make sure to remove everything of bypasses/cracks, it'll be a waste of time for me and something unsolved for you if not everything is removed.
