Random BSODs and freezes on W10 Pro x64

I have to write this AGAIN so I'll just shorten it: had W8, W7 twice and W10, all of them with BSODs and freezes.
ZIP is here Attachment 53275 (2 months with Win 8, one year with the first w7 install and one year with the second, using w10 since day one)

BSODs used to be very frequent on W8 and my first W7 install, somewhat rare on my second W7 install and slightly more common on W10. Freezes started appearing on my second W7 install and carried on to W10 (fresh install, different HDD and install media)

The most common now is WHEA_Uncorrectable_Error, Windows doesn't even want to create a Minidump, it just says it's trying to create it but it never does, rebooting after 1 min.
Freezes are also random but present. It's jusually 1-2, maybe 3 once a week or sometimes I can go two weeks without a freeze, just like I did right now. Had 2 faulty dimms on my W8 and two W7 installs, replaced them with another (unknowingly) faulty pair, sent it back and got a new working RAM Kit. Same for PSUS (WHEA was already a thing on the W7 installs and I went through another two PSUS)

RAM: Good, ran Memtest for an entire day, no errors.
CPU: Good, ran Prime95 for another day, no errors, max temp is 58-59°C.
PSUs: Good, otherwise it'd just shut down like the previous faulty one (not the original one) did.
GPU: Good ? Never had it do anything weird
Motherboard: Uuh.. good? I have no idea honestly, BIOS is up to date and there are no faulty RAM slots.
sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r (or /f) do nothing and yes, both my HDDs are in perfect health.

I also found out that the USB key I used for W8 and W7 is a bad drive. Not sure about the W10 one.
(Installed W10 thanks to the Media Creation Tool on DAY ONE, that's probably the source of all my problems)

Everyone I know just points to a bad/broken Windows installation and I'm starting to think it's true.

P.S. all this happens both with and without overclocks.

I'm extremely sorry for the huge delay.
There aren't many people, we have had a steady stream of new threads for the past few weeks and I was very busy with school.
Unfortunately I didn't respond to your other thread, because I thought you already were receiving help. At least it looked like that because your thread had replies. We usually only reply to new threads that haven't gotten a reply yet, the unanswered thread list.

I've looked at the event logs, there aren't as many bluescreen crashes as I had actually expected and only 1 dump hasn't been created. The bluescreens are too infrequent for a bad installation and hardware problem, unless some device is once in a while connected.

For improving system stability,
Please uninstall ASUS AI Suite II, this software is known for causing bluescreens.
Please uninstall Daemon tools, Daemon tools uses some drivers that are very unstable.
Please revert any overclock back to stock if anything is currently overclocked

Regarding MemTest, what memtest exactly did you perform?

Please follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely including PSU, cooling system and other used stuff.

How to fill in your system specs:

I strongly recommend to remove AI Suite and do not overclock anything, this is only for the time of troubleshooting :)

Please try booting in safe mode and see if the problem persists.
In safe mode, only the minimum is loaded which offers an easy way of splitting the problem into hardware or software.
You can't do much in safe mode, because a lot isn't or can't be loaded.

I understood you have installed Windows a few times because you replaced the hard drive?
I'm pretty sure one would be familiair with the installation and knows what to do when installing Windows a few times.
From what device have you installed Windows? USB, cd/dvd?

You can always try a repair install with a working USB if you'd like :)
It'll be very unlikely that the ISO becomes corrupted or something.

With everything I have read that you already have done, it looks to me more like the motherboard.
But the only way to test the motherboard is by replacing it.

A good way to get an indication of the motherboard being the cause without replacing is safe mode.
