Well for the moment Secure Boot and UEFI is enabled, I've also tried disabling those two and enabled CMS to no avail.

Though there aren't really any other settings to tweak.

Yes, I've tried right after the Toshiba logo in red and before it has been displayed but nothing yet.

In the boot options, choose diagnostics tests.
Run the diagnostics tests as extensive as possible.

What are the boot options?
In a laptop, this option should be available, it runs in the BIOS.
