SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED boot loop.

I find that a little bit hard to believe, you're sure it isn't dropped somewhere in the place?

No there is literally no battery to be find anywhere, even my boss was baffled by it, I know it is really strange.

Though it might also just be sothered in somewhere on the motherboard but either way we have to return it to the costumer so that hen can go to the shop where bought and get it under the warranty.

It isn't always possible to help solve the problem, but at least try to give a direction of where the problem might be :)
