Is the PSU checked for broken cables, loose cables or improper/damaged connection?

Please check in the BIOS for the 3.3v, 5v and 12v values and let me know what they are.

A brand new PSU doesn't mean the cables aren't broken or something, please check the cables.

Sorry for delay... Been busy last few days....

Please see attached screenshot of the voltage from PSU. I didn't see any broken or damaged cables on the PSU. Keep in mind its crashing just after it hits the desktop (Desktop starts to load, Skype attempts to open up and a few seconds later it crashes).

Do you have any other suggestions?

    Many thanks and Happy Holidays!

I have a feeling there is some where a misconfiguration, but I wouldn't be able to pinpoint it.
Please run the dm log collector again and upload the zip file, I'll ask someone to take a look at this.

I will run that when I get home later today... However I'm not sure if its a miss-configuration. When I first installed windows 10 I got a BSOD after I shut down and booted up the computer (as far as I can remember nothing was installed yet). I chocked it up to being caused by missing drivers and such but now I think otherwise... I have also since then done a repair on windows 10 and had it check for updates and such.

One thing I haven't tried yet is updating to the newest version of windows 10 (the November update) As well, I saw an article about Intel Graphic driver issues in windows 10 (I have a dedicated GPU, but I believe the driver has been installed for it)? Any other thoughts?

What I find strange is that it only crashes on start up and the odd time on shutdown...

This is something I sometimes think of when one is talking about problems right after boot or on shutdown.
Is fast startup enabled? If it is, I would disable it.
Fast startup sometimes causes problems, not sure why though

Well, I disabled it. On my test boot it was fine, however it only seemed to happen if the machine was off for a few hours and not a quick shutdown. Will let you know... Fingers crossed!

Hello HappyMan, axe0 asked if I would take a look and see if I could find anything. I hope you don't mind. Is the San Disk the only hard drive you have installed, and would you mind putting your keyboard and mouse as well as anything else you have connected to the computer in your system specs.

If you don't alreadt have it, please download and install CPUz (http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html) and post screenshots (https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1...en-forums.html) of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory and SPD tabs? On the SPD tabs, you can select each Dimm Slot from a dropdown list in the upper left of the SPD screen. Just post screenshots of the slots populated with ram.

Please right click the start flag and select Disk Management. Post a screenshot of the Window where we can see both the upper and lower parts of the screen. Please Right click the start flag, select device manager and see if there are any yellow triangles. If there are, please expand that section as well as the Display Adapter section and Network Adapter section. I would also like to see what is under IDE ATA/ATAPI Adapters and Storage controllers if that is there.

I have a couple more things I would like to see, but I don't want to ask to much of you all at once. Let's just take a look at those things first and see if we can see anything. When you get the time, please right click the start flag, select command prompt (Admin) and in the window that opens copy/paste this into the window sfc /scannow . If it finds errors it can't fix, reboot and run it again. It may take at least 3 times for it to repair any corrupted or missing system files. We want it to say, No Integrity Violations were found. If it says that, there is no need to run it again.

If you are overclocking anything, please set everything back to default levels. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. I don't mind at all. I noticed you and axe0 discussing memtest86 and memtest86+. I always rely on 86+ and it has always been a far superior test, to me. I have a Haswell- E CPU with DDR4 memory and have used it with no errors. You also mentioned Display Adapters. You should not need/use any graphics drivers for the intel GPU. Motherboards disable the on board graphics any time they detect a PCIe X16 graphics card.
