Well, just do as it says.
Make sure no dust is inside the case and the airflow is good, no overclocking.

Have you tried safe mode already?

It fails just the same in safe mode.
All of my bios settings are untouched default, except for my memory rate (the default doesn't recognize my ram is 1866)
My airflow and CPU cooler are working fine, my CPU temp rarely goes over 39C

I was wondering if it might be a BIOS setting that i need to change? I really don't know much about them without putting a lot of time in

Since you described no problem occurs when playing a game, it could indeed be a BIOS misconfiguration.
Unfortunately, I am not familiair with BIOS settings. A laptop only has a few settings and I only own a laptop.
It is putting a lot of time in it and trying, I don't think I would be able to help with it

After tweaking some BIOS settings I was able to get burn test to finish successfully! We'll see if it crashes now.

I've been watching twitch for a bit and it seems stable! thanks for the help :)
