    BSod Windows 10 Pro

I am having a lot of problems with blue screens on a new pc I assembled from parts I bought.

Firstly, this is the last event that always happen before a bluescreen:

File System Filter 'npsvctrig' (10.0, ‎2015‎-‎07‎-‎10T05:14:31.000000000Z) has successfully loaded and registered with Filter Manager.

I tested the ram memory using memtest86. It passed.

I have a ssd + hard drive. The windows is installed on the ssd. However, I can certainly say that there are not faulty since I did some tests on them with a software and I also installed the windows on ssd and the harddisk, separately and unplugged the other when one was active. Blue screens happen regardless where I install the windows.

I also did a test with a software on the processor. It seems like it came clean as well.

My guess is that is a faulty driver, but I have no idea which one since I also updated the drivers for my motherboard manually by downloading them from the provider website.

    Attachment 52041

    Thank you.

So far, I managed to pinpoint a driver that could be faulty. I received blue screens every time the verifier checked it. It was about a mouse driver, so I replaced it. Unfortunately, I had 1 more blue screen since then and it was: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP

I have no idea what does that indicate.

I managed to find 1 of the 2 problems that was causing blue screens. It was a faulty mouse driver. Now that I got rid of that, I keep getting blue screens involving DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and the faulty driver seems to be amd_ppm.sys

I don't know how to fix this since I downloaded the latest driver for my amd graphics card..

    Hi demonstorm,

FYI: Driver Reference Table - amdppm.sys

I suggest to run the dm log collector again and upload the new zip.
New additional data about the crashes will help :)

    Attachment 53001

Now I know what that driver is referring to.

I have the following voltages on my cpu (AMD FX 8350):

    CPU (core) Voltage: 1.425
    CPU NB Voltage: 1.55
    DRAM Voltage: 1.5
    NB Voltage: 1.11
    HT Voltage: 1.2

I think the NB voltage is a bit too high, but I'm no expert, I'm only stating my opinion from what I read around the internet. People are saying that it should be a lot lower. If so, can you tell me the proper voltage?

Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.
I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.
