    ntkrnlmp.exe bsod windows 10

    Hi!
I've been getting BSOD for quite som time. i tried to analyse with WhoCrashed, and the message says that it was caused by ntkrnlmp.exe. I dont really know how to fix this problem, so i was hoping annyone could give me a hand.

The BSOD sometime occurrs several times a day, and sometimes with days in between.

    Any tips would help!!

I have deleted the empty file, sry

There are no dumps present in the zip.
If you are using a program like Ccleaner please stop using it while troubleshooting.
This because programs like Ccleaner remove dump files that are needed to troubleshoot.
Or configure Ccleaner to not remove dump files:

    The same here:
On Sat 05/12/2015 10:00:51 GMT your computer crashed

    crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\120515-6937-02.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntkrnlmp.exe (nt!KeBugCheckEx+0x0)
    Bugcheck code: 0xA (0xFFFFE00021D6F990, 0x2, 0x0, 0xFFFFF8004DAB4FCA)
    Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Bug check description: This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

    This is my configuration:
    Windows version: Windows 10 , 10.0, build: 10586
    Windows dir: C:\WINDOWS
Hardware: MS-7885, MSI, X99A SLI Krait Edition (MS-7885)
    CPU: GenuineIntel Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5930K CPU @ 3.50GHz Intel586, level: 6
12 logical processors, active mask: 4095
    RAM: 68591247360 bytes total

I hope somebody can help me solve this problem.

    Thank you

If you are overclocking anything, revert back to stock while troubleshooting.
    Code:
    CPUID: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz"
    MaxSpeed: 3400
    CurrentSpeed: 3503
    Please test the memory
