In the event logs, nothing but
    Code:
    Event[4356]:
      Log Name: System
      Source: mbamchameleon
      Date: 2015-12-01T19:54:15.900
      Event ID: 61703
      Task: N/A
      Level: Information
      Opcode: N/A
      Keyword: Classic
      User: N/A
      User Name: N/A
      Computer: HOME
      Description:
Mbamchameleon Failed to obtain file name information - C00000D4
Nothing about any crash, the event logs is only going back to 2 days with only Malwarebytes.

Have you used Ccleaner for cleaning your pc?
If you are using a program like Ccleaner please stop using it while troubleshooting.
This because programs like Ccleaner remove dump files that are needed to troubleshoot.
Or configure Ccleaner to not remove dump files:

I uploaded the requested log files here but they have not appeared. I will check again tomorrow and if they have not appeared, upload again.

As you can see from this quote from an earlier post, it did have this at the back of my mind "should it produce something to submit to you or will it only do that after another BSOD?" Yes I had used CCleaner and other Cleaners.
However, this morning I immediately got BSOD again, and again it was just the (D) drive that was scanned. I have downloaded / uploaded the files you want without have used any of my cleaning utilities, so this time I presume they will have the recorded the crash data you require.

Alright, try to use another uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive etc. to upload the file to and put a link of the shared file in your post.

I think you did a copy/paste of the URL, right?
If you have, right click the file you want to share, hover on 'share' and choose 'send link'.
A pop-up of dropbox will show with a link, copy/paste that link in your post :)
