OK I shall run it again. It did pass all the stages, 12 I think when I did it a few weeks ago. I shall run it again before I go to work. New RAM is also on its way... But a mild downgrade...

All ten. It completed with zero errors when I got back from work. I ran the Windows Diagnostic Memory test today too, not extended. No errors again.
A quote of the requirements for the test
So, you have done 1/8 of the minimum requirements.Note
MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.
Unfortunately, less then straight 8 passes isn't worth it because less gives inconclusive results.
I'll try to make it clear for you :)
The hours aren't really important, for some it takes at least twice the time to reach 8 passes then the usual time (7h-10h)
It is important to reach a minimum of 8 passes straight.
Thus 5 passes on the first day and 3 passes a few days later is not how it should be done, because the first 3 passes are double done and the last 3 passes aren't done at all.
OK mate I do get that. Got back this morning left it running over night. It had completed all the stages. However, this time it found 289 errors on test #7. I did an extended test this time around. New RAM is arriving later today. Hopefully that solves it. Thanks again buddy, appreciate it. I'll keep this open just in case that is not the issue. If all is fine after a week, I'll comeback and mark it as Solved.
I hope the new memory resolves the issue.
Works for me :)
I normally recommend to watch it for a few days, but a week is fine :)
Marked as solved. Thanks for your help axe0. Replaced the RAM last Tuesday, everything has been fine since. :)
