It indeed sounds like the CPU is damaged.
If you can, run some tests from Hardware Diagnostics starting with bootable tests.

Thanks, ill run it right now. And out of curiosity if you view the photos should the AMD SYSTEM MONITOR be showing 0mhz memory speed for the video card? Isn't that a bit weird?
rowrow what CPU cooler are you using as from experience I know the AMD 9590 runs hot and does not like going above 60c. I had to upgrade to a Corsair 100i GTX rad to keep mine cool.
Could heat be an issue for you? especially if you CPU maybe damaged?
I am using a coolermaster t-4
Cooler Master Hyper T4
Its not the best but on my other motherboard I was able to play csgo max with issues time to time, then the issues got more often and I went with the mb I have now.
But I purchased a liquid cooler either way and it should arrive in a few days, if not next week. But in the meanwhile I would like to look at other issues.
And currently I am at 53% for memtest86 and once thats done ill go with a bootable stress tester to see how things go that way.
In my opinion that won't keep it cool. I had a single rad setup before I got the Corsair100i GTX and it struggled. I would say RMA the CPU just to be on the safe side and buy a good rad setup to keep it cool.
Took your advice, filed an RMA for the CPU
I already replaced the MB, HD, RAM, GPU, and power supply with no help. So I guess now to replace the CPU!
Hopefully this works
And memtest86 came back with 0 errors and the stress tester was weird, I dont even understand how it works.
The RMA CPU arrived yesterday. After installing the new cpu and new aio liquid cooler it runs like a charm! no crashes, no blue screens, no errors. Ill run it for a few more days. If everything goes smooth ill mark your message as the solution
