I believe all of AMD should be fine now... no idea why anything was wrong with it

The source of SFC is corrupted.
Please try following command in admin command prompt
    Code:
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
If there are problems with RestoreHealth, please follow step 6 or 7 (depending on the file you have from the download) from the tutorial DISM - Repair Windows 10 Image - Tutorial

How bad is this issue? Out of curiosity.

A picture and XML file are corrupted.
Note that even a Windows picture could cause trouble. Don't ask me how, because I don't know, but I have experienced it.

Yes, that is the wanted result :)
Run SFC, reboot, SFC again to complete this part.

Thanks again so much man. So, I just respond to this again if the problem persists?
(this message was in hoping that this was the last step)

What are the malware scan results?

If the problem persist, just run the dm log collector again, upload the zip and give some description of what happened and what you were doing.

It said no integrity issues found (after running it, and it said it fixed them, and restarting), then when I went to this threads to read ur response it crashed again, posting new DM log collector results now.
Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.
^link to it since uploading to here was so slow^(updated for 2 crashes since last we talked)

SFC and malware are 2 different things, please read my instructions carefully.
