BSOD browsing Google form

    Dell. I suspect it's the wireless aerial. T'was all part of the original set up. I think that unless I can find a replacement/original driver that works on Windows 10, I'll need to buy a Windows 10 compatible wireless card and replace the original.

    Ok, the suggestion didn't actually mean the driver was causing issues, it was only meant to minimalize the causes :)

    Have you had bluescreens meanwhile?

    After much surfing I uninstalled Kaspersky 2015. As soon as so-doing, my WLAN card sprang into life. Then an upgrade to Kaspersky v16 and all is still well with the world (wide web).

    It remains to be seen whether BSOD has been defeated, so I'm going to keep the thread open for a few days........
