Infrequent BSOD while gaming, latest was related to yk63x64.sys

Hi there i hope people can help, this has been an ongoing problem for about a month

I've been having infrequent BSOD since moving to windows 10 the first time. I figured it was that and went back to windows 7 however I was still getting crashes while playing games. Oddly enough blizzard games like hearthstone and diablo 3 were the worst offenders. Periodically games like world of warships would also do it.

It appeared to be linked to my old graphics card an MSI 560TI which was having problems rendering what I believe are called sprites. Overlays in graphics common in games like hearthstone with the cards moving and menu systems in other games.

Since then i replaced the card with a GTX970 thinking it would solve my problems. Please bear in mind in between i borrowed an old radeon card from my work and it was working ok, but still a bit sketchy with it overheating.

I've done a clean install on my system to windows 10 as i would ideally like to be on windows 10 to benefit from directX12 however going back to 7 isnt a problem if need be.

I've done a ram test and my ram is fine after 4 passes using memtest86. I have done a hard drive test with my conventional drives however i'm not sure of a way to test my 2 SSD's in the system.

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated

This are a few old drivers.
The first 2 are USB drivers, 3rd is a logitech camera driver.
Please check your motherboard manufacturer, EVGA, for driver updates.

Thanks for the quick response, since my previous reply my display drivers have recovered themselves 4 or 5 times while searching for more drivers like the USB one

I've disconnected the USB webcam, that was the driver that windows update put up for me but i dont need that for now so its been removed.

The Renesas software is the USB3.0 driver direct from EVGA for my motherboard. If you think its worth it i'll try and update that. But i would have to go elsewhere than EVGA.

I cant seem to update the info about my machine on the profile, however i'll type it out here

CPU: I5 2500k currently not overclocked running at 3.3GHz (this was overclocked to 3.8GHz before all the problems with crashing and the like) Temps are always 35-40 while idle and at most 65-70 when under stress so its well within limits

Motherboard: EVGA E685 or SLI Z68 motherboard

RAM: 16 GB

I Just flashed my motherboard bios and decided to try Darksiders the new deathinitive edition. I got this newest BSOD about 30 mins into playing.

I attempted to search for USB3.0 drivers for my board but i couldnt find anything relevant outside of the EVGA website and that is the drivers i am currently using.

At my wits end with this one, its frustrating and confusing

Diagnostic Test

DRIVER VERIFIER

Warning

Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
Please create a restore point.

Please follow this tutorial to run driver verifier.

Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

Note

Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.
