Sorry for the week break here I was busy with work and didn't get the chance to mess with my PC. I got a few BSODs throughout the week and have included them just FYI. I ran driver verifier this morning and got an immediate BSOD on startup that pointed Neo_VPN.sys which I uninstalled using the device manager. I ran driver verifier again and it's still giving me a BSOD but is pointing to HIDCLASS.SYS. It looks like that is a USB driver, is there somewhere I can get a replacement?

Here are all the crash dumps:

Neo_VPN.sys is a driver from VPN
    Driver Reference Table - NEO_VPN.sys
Uninstalling through device manager won't help, because it is related to software and will be installed again when you reboot.

If you don't need VPN temporarily, remove it and see how it goes.

I actually already removed the VPN program but it left the driver behind so I had to get rid of it manually.

    Any ideas about HIDCLASS.SYS?

    Thanks

Please run the DM Log Collector and upload the zip.

Is Windows Update Windows 10 10586 available?

    Diagnostics Test

     System File Check

    Please try following:
    • Open an admin command prompt
    • Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
    • When it finished reboot your system
    • Open again an admin command prompt
    • Enter sfc/scannow again

If sfc/scannow does NOT say "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation" after the second SFC, please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

I just checked for new updates and it looks like no, 10 10586 isn't available. According to command prompt I'm running 10.0.10240.

I ran SFC twice (before and after rebooting) and got errors on both runs about corrupt files that could not be fixed. I've zipped both logs and attached them below:

    Hi,

I tried running the command and it fails even when I specify a source with error 0x800f081f. As you can see from the screenshot I have the ISO file mounted and I am using an Admin command prompt to specify the source. The log file is too large (I tried several times) so here is a dropbox link: Dropbox - dism.log

That could be due to the RTM version difference, 10240 and 10586 but I'm not too sure.
Are you delaying updates? For the Windows 10 10586 update, I also haven't yet received it but don't know why.
