    Hi marcel,

    Welcome to the 10forums.

Please remove some files from the D partition to increase the free space to at least 10-15%.
Every partition needs at least 10-15% free space so Windows can do its thing in the background.

Less free space could cause BSOD's

We have the tcpip.sys Windows driver in the dump, this makes me think the network drivers or another driver trying to access the internet is causing this.
    Code:
    fffff803`3e002748 fffff801`6a056ca2 tcpip!TcpTimerMppTimeoutHandler+0x52
Lets start with updating a few drivers.
    Code:
    HECIx64 Thu Sep 17 21:54:16 200 (4ab293e8) HECIx64.sys
    SynTP Fri Jun 04 03:27:13 2010 (4c085671) SynTP.sys
    igdkmd64 Tue Nov 27 01:26:05 2012 (50b4089d) igdkmd64.sys
    tap0901 Thu Aug 22 14:40:01 2013 (521606a1) tap0901.sys // network driver
    netr28x Fri Jun 13 13:50:31 2014 (539ae587) netr28x.sys // network driver
    rtsuvc Mon Jul 21 17:25:35 2014 (53cd30ef) rtsuvc.sys
I recommend to update the network drivers first.
