I take it the graphics card has been removed. If so, keep it that way for a while. Are you talking about the graphics clean install and you have the new driver now? If so, just leave it that way and see what happens.
No I haven't removed the graphics card as of yet, I was just saying I clean installed the nvidia driver and lan driver. Should I remove the card now and run off of my motherboard graphics? Also, the search bar and windows start button are still unresponsive, the windows key on the keyboard doesn't work either. Is there a possible fix for this also?

    Run SFC again please.

    Diagnostics Test

     System File Check

    Please try following:
    • Open an admin command prompt
    • Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
    • When it finished reboot your system
    • Open again an admin command prompt
    • Enter sfc/scannow again

If sfc/scannow does NOT say "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation" after the second SFC, please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

Hi again, so for the second sfc scan it said it couldn't complete the operation at 75%. So I restarted the computer and ran it again, like with the first scan it said that windows found no integrity violations. During one of the restarts I crashed again so here's the DM log for that. I'm gonna move to the integrated graphics now.

Sigh, well this is fantastic. I remove the graphics card only to find out my motherboard I/O port is HDMI only. After scrounging for a cable I had laying around I find out that my monitor has no HDMI port... Off to buy a 50$ adapter now that I'll only use once. Hell with my luck the graphics card won't even be the problem and I'll be paying for nothing. ****in sweet huh.

You shouldn't need a $50 adapter. I just bought one for $9. I know things are a little more expensive there, but not that much I wouldn't think.

Well my bad, it was $60, had to buy it locally, I'll probably end up returning it when I'm sure of the reason for the crashes. So I'm on my computer right now running just off the onboard graphics, anything else I should do from here?

    Edit: After some googling I found a way to fix the unresposive search bar and start menu. I had to open powershell from admin command prompt and paste this text in: Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

After that finished processing I had the search bar and start menu responsive again. Not sure if it's a permanent solution but good to know it works for now.

Well it's not the graphics card, I was looking forward to playing some Overwatch Beta, while i was in fullscreen playing a game, an error came up saying your rendering device has been lost, ending process (this was a message from the game client). Then I crashed with a BAD_POOL_HEADER error. What to do now?

Well, I don't want to intercede on the others already helping, but from what I looked up, a pool header issue is a problem with Windows memory allocation and that device driver issues are probably the most common, but this can have diverse causes including bad sectors or other disk write issues, and problems with some routers. And by theory, RAM problems would be suspect for memory pool issues.

Yah, I read some of that from the WhoCrashed analysis, thing is I did 13 passes of MemTest in the beginning as the crashes got worse, the ram was perfectly healthy. It keeps mentioning bad drivers in every BSOD analysis, no clue which drivers are bad though.
