    BSOD - Hangs @ MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION bleeping hardware?


    This is a new computer build by the way. But I get bsod whenever I just try and restart the computer. It did it also a couple times while idling....same error. If I turn the computer off by holding power button itll come back on if I wait. Thing to note is that the BSOD says it's going to restart for me but never does and then i have to reset it but it will bsod again unless I turn it off. I have tried different ram and I tried a different x99 motherboard to no avail. Please. Thanks in advance.

    Welcome to the 10forums.

    When do you hear the beeping?
    If it is right on startup
    When you hear beeps at startup, it means the BIOS software (POST(Power On Self Test)) has found problems with the setup.
    For understanding what these beeps mean, check the manual of ASUS, the manufacturer of your motherboard.
