    This is either bad memory or a faulty motherboard.

    Please run live Linux so we can determine which of the 2 it is.

    No, it is another operating system like Windows but it runs only from the RAM.
    If you are able to run it without issues then the RAM is not the cause.

    I have asked someone for Live Linux, I am searching a lot for a download for Live Linux but I can't find anything useful.

    Whats the possibility of 4 sticks of RAM all being bad?

    Just by deduction I think its the mobo
    What do you think?

    I want to get some parts ordered today. DO you think I should order a new mobo? New RAM? Or??

    That possibility is small, but it is there.

    I think it is better to run tests to confirm the thoughts.
    It is better to wait a little more so we can be sure what is causing this, then ordering a new part and finding out you have wasted money because the replaced part was not the one causing the problems.

    axe might agree here, power off, clear the cmos , reload set up defaults and try it

    Press power button, a few seconds a few times, to remove any power in the case.
    WIth only cutting the power, you don't remove any power left in the case so if you then would try to clear the cmos you would damage the components with the power that is still there.
