my C: is a SSD, how can i test that?

    Malwarebytes no errors

ADWcleaner found swdumon.sys and removed everything with it.
Run chkdsk, more about it is in the tutorial.

swdumon.sys is a driver from SlimWare, a company selling products like driver updaters.
Programs that claim to update your drivers install either the wrong or corrupted drivers.
If you have installed any driver with SlimWare, please remove them as it may cause trouble.

Do you have MSI Afterburner installed?
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\MSI Afterburner\SDK DESKTOP-IOG17MO\Andreas:Start Menu\Programs\MSI Afterburner\SDK DESKTOP-IOG17MO\Andreas

yeah, i tried to set the fan speed on max to see if the gpu was overheating, but not the case. On FurMark without manual adjustments to the Fans the GPU stayed at 71° C after a while.
