If you buy from Amazon, don't buy from a vendor. Make sure it says sold by and shipped by Amazon.

The links you posted look good.

If you have problems after installing the New OS from Amazon, come back and we will be happy to help.

If you upgraded to 10 through the official channels, the problem had to be in the underlying 8/8.1 OS. You are showing a MAK key (Multiple Activation Key) which is usually only found in a corporate/institutional environment. In order to 'crack' an OS, you have to heavily alter system files. When you upgraded it carried those altered system files over.
